These taste great and the ingredient list is excellent. My GI suggested I take one or two of these with meals. I did experience a bit of bloating in the first week, but they are quite gentle and my system adapted. One of the few gummie brands out there that isn't full of sugar.

Were available, I buy my supplements in gummy form as I'm more inclined to take them. The problem is that gummies have sugar. So I like this version as they are sugar free so are not adding to my caloric intake!
Trying to increase fibre for my child with autism taste is great. Like a lolly. Texture is good too, not too hard.
I just started taking them, but them seem to be working at helping to control my battle with constipation. They seem to be a good (tasty) source of fiber. The flavor and the the texture are really good - and you only have to take 2 to get a full dose. They are more reasonably priced than other brands I've taken in the past. They will contine to be part of my daily diet.
