I use it together with bone broth and MSM for IBS and leaky gut. The combination wotks wevy well for me. I use many Gaia products and their quality is good.

good looking, but i didnt got the results expected from normal sauerkraut. I'm not sure whether its a fault of the product or something else encounters.

The product is in high quality with good smell! I take 2 capsule every morning with water in empty stomach. After taking for few minutes, I start feeling my bowel movement which is great for my guts.

Got this for gut wellness and maintenance. The first time i took it on an empty stomach which caused me trouble. Now i take it after eating and dont have any issues. I haven’t finished the bottle yet, but i need to have fermented cabbage daily for its great benefits so i will be buying it again.
