I have been taking bromelain for years. I have used the brand's products before and am very happy with their products.

It passes gelatin test preventing it from setting so there is actual active bromelain in it, though it doesn't feel like 3600gdu and seem to be even weaker compared to other 2400 gdu product, capsule itself is slightly bigger containing ~650mg meaning more filler. Overall it's fine, but potency seems to be less than claimed

I love this enzyme, either on an empty stomach or with food. It helps with both inflamation and digestion.
