It's not comparable to Benevolent brand, even though both are made of mulberry leaves. Benevolent chlorophyll is far superior to Mary Ruth's, but unfortunately iherb doesn't carry it. It's much more concentrated and stronger. You need 2 full droppers of Mary Ruth's compared to 15 drops of Benevolent brand. I find it more effective in detoxifying and increasing energy.
