I listened to a program on the benefits of K2. The current Vitamin K I’m taking did not have as much K2 as was recommended so I bought this to add to what I already have. I add it in about 4 days a week.

I was looking for a K2 supplement for my son and had much difficulty finding one that he tolerated. Finally tried this one and finding it great. He is extra sensitive and has no problems taking this K2 supplement at all. I decided to try this one due to pure ingredients and Vege cap. Very economical purchase too which is an extra bonus. Small easy to take capsule. Highly recommend.

I always take Vitamin K2 and decided to try the brand due to the composition which appears to be superior to other brands. I think I will continue to purchase on a regular basis as it is a very important addition taken with magnesium and Vitamin D3. Quality good and size appropriate.

Economical good size supplement. Does the job. Recommended to me for bone building. Quality seems good but how do you know? I do have some trust with herb as they say they test the products they sell
