Most important ingredients, EPA and DHA seem to be in a little more favorable concentration than in usual fish oil supplements, which means I'm taking less pills for the same effect. Size of pill is the same as with most of other Omega 3 supplements. Also, I like large package size, so that's several months stock for ok price.

This is a good quality, low-cost fish oil supplement, with a standard 1000mg dose, containing EPA 340 mg and DHA 220 mg. The softgel capsules are easy to swallow and I don't get any fish aftertaste. If you aren't looking for a high strength dosage, then this is a good choice. I would repurchase this supplement if it maintains its low price advantage.
