My 9-year-old doesn’t like tablets, so gummies work better for us. We don’t use this daily, but it’s helpful during school days when she seems more tired than usual.
My kids have been taking the omega 3 supplements from Nordic Naturals. And we’ve decided also to switch their vitamin C supplements to Nordic as we trust the brand. Wish they didn’t literally sugarcoat it though like so many brands out there. Not sure if it’s necessary since it’s already sweet enough as it is!
