Organic Shiitake Mushroom + Ginger with Organic Pullulan, and Organic Rice Hull Concentrate, 60 Veggie Capsules

I started taking these in early Dec 25 as for the last three years I have always been ill with viruses over Xmas. Shiitake mushrooms are used for AHCC extraction and have been clinically trialled for reducing chronic viruses and certain abnormal cancer cells so it’s all about boosting the immune system. Due to the extortionate price of AHCC supplements I decided to try these. I didn’t develop any illness over the holiday period and despite hospitals being full to capacity with flu patients and coming into contact with someone who had Covid (undiagnosed at the time) all I experienced was an itchy nose plus the feeling that for a couple of hours I was fighting something off then I felt fine. I am asthmatic and have a daily inhaler so my respiratory system soon gets compromised. It’s definitely a good start and will take these until the end of Spring and continue in late Autumn. Also worth mentioning is quality of ingredients, no additional fillers and good extraction method. Update April 2026 I haven’t had a cold or virus so my immune system has definitely improved. I’ve just ordered another bottle!

I use it in combination with chaga mushroom to strengthen the immune system and as an antiviral. The dosage is good. It adds energy, I get tired less. Cold symptoms go away quickly. Cool superfood. Good quality.
