packages have shown up early. works well. smaller casuals are a good size, making them easier to throw back in the morning they don't sit in the throat long enough to taste the ingredients. good quality, yet to have a busted capsule. good size container with cotton wadding. Keeps you awake the whole day. Don't drink coffee or drink less, otherwise you will not be able to sleep. Assess with one tablet, then increase to two. Good supplement, I don't take on a daily basis only when I need energy the whole day or to replace coffee.
Didn't feel energized with this product. I was expecting the same feeling I get from energy drinks but I didn't feel energized or uplifted from this pill. Even coffee is better than this for me. The ingredients seem good but maybe the pills are not as effective as drinks. Won't repurchase.
