I've taken this product for two cycles now and it's given me a very noticeable improvement in PMS / PMDD symptoms. Great formula. It really lightens the mood in terms of depression and irritability. I was taking saffron alone before but the other ingredients make a big difference.

I bought this on sale and I love it, now it’s going to be hard to keep repurchasing, not cheap, but I have to say my cycle was more gentle less cramps, less PMS, my mood and sleep are better. Great quality women’s hormone support.

It's quite unfortunate, but these did not work for me at all! Made my PMS work, I tried it for two cycles but had to give up. Once I gave symptoms improved. Despite this, they may work for you so don't be dicouraged
So far it good still not enough to see results but it didn’t irritate my stomach Update the mood swings are almost non existent so much better then before, and the physical symptoms are the same but tone down by a lot not as unbearable as before .
