One of my biggest struggles as I age is the loss of energy, especially at the end of a day. I was excited to find this product since it contains ashwagandha root powder, which people like for its potential energy-boosting properties. And of course I like the liposomal delivery system for better absorption.
I´m taking moringa for quite a long time, but this form in capsules is much more convenient. Moringa powder alone is not much tasty, so I appreciate this form. When I take moringa, my hair doesn´t fall out so much, baby hair starts to grow and I feel much better overall.

I started taking this for high blood pressure and just a few days later I'm feeling better already! I love that the supply is a 90 day supply. I feel like I'm getting a great value. I was excited to try this product because of the impressive ingredient list and the liposomal delivery, which is supposed to enhance absorption. However, after finishing the bottle, I honestly couldn’t tell if it made any noticeable difference in my energy, digestion, or overall wellbeing. The capsules are easy to take and the quality seems good, but I didn’t experience any clear benefits. Maybe it works better over a longer period or for specific needs. I have birth control implant-thought of mentioning this as it could contribute to the result
Very nice very clean product seems to do what is suggested as easy to take two pills daily. A little pricey, but the effects are showing. Gives me a boost of energy in the afternoon when I take it. No need for that afternoon coffee or snack to pick me up.
