Good quality. Take with food for best absorption. Did the experiment (empty capsule into 110 degree warm milk - wait for a day - DID thicken up like yogurt - don't eat !! just verified active cultures - at home test). Everyone in the family takes one a day with food.
These are just as good as other brands. I have hashimoto and anemia so I supplement different kinds od minerals and vitamins. Probiotics are important for bowel absorption and constipation. I didnt have any side effect and my bowel movement was the same as with other probiotics. so thumbs up for this one

I take this daily, and it does help with digestion. I feel less gassy when taken regularly. If I stop for a while, my stomach feels more gassy and I'm not as regular with BM.
I bought this probiotics to try new brand. I always choose one that has many different strains to support my microbiome. I don't suffer from digestion problems, just trying to be proactive cause gut health is very important. Next time I will try other brand supplement, although this one is good quality so I can recommend it

I have not yet used this brand and I am assuming that the quality, ingredients and size of the supplement are okay. Hopefully it is good. The packaging is okay. The benefit that these products provide are supposed to be good and helps in digestion and gut health. There is no taste normally.
