I just finished one container size.
I think the quality is there.
I like the fact that they have combined 2 ingredients in one supplement - carnitine and collagen.
As for benefits, I didn't see any difference in terms of fat metabolism (I'm not very fat to begin with so I'm not the right subject for this) and this is not the reason why I bought this. I noticed a minimal change in my skin, and I do think it helps with overall health and well-being.
if there's one thing I don't like, it's the taste - slightly sour and a little bitter for me but can tolerate it.
So, I will purchase this again.
