I decided to try exogenous ketone salts again after an unsuccessful attempt with the unflavored variety. I have been using Ketone IQ drinks which work, but are a little more pricey. This tastes decent, a little too sweet for me, but it does the trick. I like this flavor much better than Patriot Pop. I'm on a low carb diet (< 20g total carb/day) and struggle to make ketones. 1 scoop of this after an overnight fast raised my ketones from 0.2 mmol/L to 4.7 mmol/L in 1 hr. At 3 hrs (and a breakfast of ground lamb/eggs) I was back down 0.6 mmol/L. I now sip on 1/2 scoops throughout they day for a more steady stream of ketones.

This one is high in Keto BHB per serving, more than some others. Like other brands, it doesn’t taste great but it’s a lot more tolerable than some others I’ve tasted. And regarding ketosis, I do think this helps. I’ve taken it while restarting my keto diet and I think it really helped kick me back into ketosis. I saw noticeable results after only a few weeks.
