The shampoo and conditioner smell citrusy, minty, and fresh, and my hair feels cool when lathering it. Product was shipped quickly, and packed with very minimal plastic. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

These are a fantastic duo of products. I have fine, color-treated hair and a very sensitive scalp. I seem to have excessive shedding any time I have particularly stressful things going on in my life/sometimes with changes in season. This shampoo and conditioner set seems to have helped support my hair regrowth/healthy growth as well as make my color treated hair feel incredibly healthy and soft! The shampoo doesn't make my hair feel dry and stripped. Love the natural ingredients, too. They are somewhat small containers, but I feel the price is appropriate for the quality of the product and the set plus sales on iherb is great. Smells nice and herbal, not perfumy

I have a very sensitive scalp, regular shampoos don't work for me, even those that say natural don't always work. This shampoo is just great for my scalp. My hair looks good.

I am loyal to this brand because it is one of few body and hair product brands I can use with my greywater system. They smell great and get you pretty clean for the ingredients. Also, when you buy the shampoo and conditioner sets, they send you a soap berry (one) to plant too!

I like the smell and quality of the shampoo and conditioner, but it runs out very quickly, since you have to use a large amount to wash your hair.

I only buy this when there’s a sale or discount. The bottle size is small for the price that you pay. The shampoo and conditioner has a pleasant scent and is not overbearing. Helps to give hair some volume.
