Great for energy, no taste of coconut, or rancid oil as others, we cook with it as well as do for smoothies, the price is high but so is my health. Great product for Energy boost and easy on metabolism. Will continue purchasing it.
This is a high quality MCT oil. Some companies use palm oil mixed with their MCT oil which is detrimental to the environment. This brand is pure coconut oil. You also want to steer clear of oils extracted with solvents and this brand does not use them.

The MCT oil I purchased before came in plastic bottles, which didn’t feel safe enough. This brand uses glass bottles, which makes it even more secure to use.
It's hard to find a quality organic MCT oil in a glass bottle at a reasonable price. It's also nice to know that it doesn't require refrigeration.
