Vplab gummies are a quality product to use when having the occasional upset tummy. The vinegar taste is strong, but having it in gummies offsets the pungent flavor. I prefer chewing a gummy rather than drinking apple cider vinegar. I get the benefit of taking the product in a tasty form rather than in a less enjoyable way.
