An affordable daily multivitamin that has proper dosage formulation. The sugar free strawberry has a metallic sweet/tart flavor. Some of the B vitamin levels are too high. Caution if sensitive. Avoid the recent mega-dose vitamin trend for your health, unless under the supervision of a physician.

The ingredients are clean, the size is good. I have been taking it in a daily basis. However, the gummies are kinds sticky and you need to drink water to wash out your mouth and teeth. I have some deficiencies and I can see the effect on my nails after taking the supplements.
