This form of vitamin d has been the only thing to help raise my stubbornly low levels. I was taking 5000IU of the regular type daily and still tested low. With this type, 2000-3000 IU a day are finally raising my levels. I take it with a multi and vitamin K2 as they are synergistic. Will keep repurchasing.

I recommend this form even though it is more expensive, but it is incomparably better absorbed and thus ensures several times higher intake of vitamins for the body and health.
