It’s a very good quality product that uses fresh ingredients. When you open the bottle you can smell the oregano. Well packaged. It’s a glass bottle so that’s a plus. Small capsules that are easy to swallow. Not much aftertaste. Has many great health benefits. I took it as an antimicrobial. I rotate this as part of a regimen. I’ve only taken one bottle so I’m still figuring out the effect. But I definitely will keep buying to see results. I only took it once a day but maybe twice will be more helpful depending on your needs. I trust this brand as I’ve tried their other products too.
