I forgot that this was a strawberries and cream protein powder and not just strawberry and the first time I had it I thought hmmm, that’s creamier than I was expecting. Lol! It definitely lives up to its name! The flavor is good but a little more milder than a regular strawberry flavor due to the cream, which was fine for me. And the low calorie high protein content has me sold. I’ve become a big fan of this brand and so far none of the flavors have disappointed me.

Will try the R1 isolate next time
I've been trying out Rule One whey blends lately (always used either ON or Ultimate Nutrition), and their whey blend flavors are a little thicker in viscosity than those other two brands which means there is probably a little more unfiltered junk in there. The one flavor of Rule One R1 isolate is better to me so I may switch to that even though it's a few dollars more. All the flavors (strawberries & cream, cafe mocha, and lightly salted caramel) I tried so far are great. I still think Ultimate Nutrition Prostar 100% Whey is the best tasting strawberry flavor I've tried so far.
