I have so much respect for bee products. But I am still trying to figure out a use for bee propolis. Whenever I use them (I use high dose). I get sinus headache a few days after. When I stop, the headache goes away. Maybe it is a detox, maybe it is allergy. I do not know. It could take me sometime before I can figure this out.
Have been taking these for a month now and am finding them easy to take and not too harsh on my stomach. They have the sweetest taste to them when taking them. I take one tablet every morning with my breakfast. Love the fact that they are a natural product. Great bottle to keep them fresh. Excited to keep these in my routine.
It is not so effective as other brands.' I take propolis whenever I have gum disease.
Hoping this would serve as a good antioxidant and help deal with microwave radiation which is Ubiquitous and unavoidable in this seemingly low population density land. Cannot say I noticed any help at all with fatigue or exhaustion or any other symptoms of electrohypersenitivity. It may be good for other things.
I like that it is a capsule and not tablet for better absorption.
