It was very easy to digest. For flavor, it was the flavor of Syntha-6 I tried, I find the taste a bit too sweet but also very delicious. I put it to my shake bottle, add water in the office, and made a diet protein-boost during the day. Quality and ingredients are good, as well as its size,

I was hoping for a little bit more when it comes to the taste, especially because it has higher calories than other brands. It is also good to note that calorie count is higher, which may be off-putting if you are looking at a strict diet. It has a slight tangy taste to it which isn’t bad but I wish it was more fruity. It works well to mix as an ingredient with other things than just water or milk.

I love Syntha-6 as it has multi-functional protein matrix which is a combination of different protein sources. I usually purchase vanilla or cookie and cream flavours, but edcided to try something new to explore new flavours. It tastes exactly like cereal milk has this zesty/lemony flavour. Not for everyone I think but if you are bored with traditional flavours i would recommend trying it. This is a fun way to supplement your diet and support your fitness goals with some protein boost.
