"Swole" turned out to be very pleasant - moderately sweet, with a deep dessert undertone, which perfectly covers the desire to eat something harmful after training. I use it as the main source of protein for muscle recovery. The main plus is that it gives a feeling of satiety for a long time, while being easily digested, without any discomfort. The powder is very fine, so it dissolves in a shaker instantly. If you are tired of standard mass market lines, this brand is definitely worth trying for its quality and working composition.

I bought the powder without knowing the taste😅 But it's really surprising! At first, you don't understand anything from the smell. But when you let the powder "open" in combination with water/milk/yogurt, a pineapple or tropical and refreshing flavor opens up. Tip: Combine in the morning with oatmeal and yogurt. This protein powder is... hard to describe in terms of flavor, but not in a bad way. It tastes like a mix of tropical fruits, mostly pineapple and mango, with a candy-like sweetness and some creamy notes mixed in. Definitely on the artificial side and pretty sweet, but still pleasant and easy to drink. The macros are great, with no added sugar. It also dissolves fairly well in water as long as you shake it long enough. I also appreciate the Non-GMO and GMP certifications. One thing I do wish they were more transparent about is the exact ratio of whey protein isolate versus whey protein concentrate. And as for the added deer antler velvet powder... I'm honestly not sure how much it really does. A small downside is the use of sucralose. I'd personally prefer a cleaner sweetener, but it's not a dealbreaker, especially since I grabbed this at half price, which made the whole purchase feel totally worth it. Overall, it's a solid, fun-tasting protein with good macros. Even better if you can get it at a discount.
