I am a senior with 20/30 vision. This formula I believe covers most of my eye needs to stay healthy. You only need to add "eye bright" for it to be complete. Unfortunately the company removed this when they reformulated this item a few years ago when it had included it.

Bought it for my husband as his optician recommended it to improve general quality of vision, which goes down with the age. it combats fatigue after working on the computer and also works to get rid of a red eyes appearance. Good supplement in general, and of course you benefit after taking it on a regular basis.

An excellent eye supplement, containing lutein and all the essential micronutrients and vitamins needed for eye nutrition. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. I take them in the morning after breakfast, and my vision has improved slightly, and it relieves eye strain. I highly recommend them and will be ordering more.

Good quality product, I split the dosage 1 in the AM and 1 in the PM. However, would need to drink lots of water as after taking it, my urine seems more yellow than usual since started with it.
