D-Mannose & Cranberry, 240 Capsules

Since entering menopause I have dealt with reoccurring UTI's. I don't like taking antibiotics so I was looking for a natural product I could be proactive with. This has been so incredibly helpful! I take 2 regularly and the second I start to feel a twinge of a possible UTI I bump it up to 4 for a couple days. Since starting it I have not had a UTI...I highly recommend!

This product seemed like a good idea with good ingredients and as described until I got the bottles today. They described something else: D Mannose Herbal Complex was now called D Mannose & Cranberry Herbal Complex WITHOUT the herbal complex ingredients. It only had D Mannose and Cranberry extract. They actually put in a little more cranberry extract but removed the Hibiscus and Dandelion extracts. So now it's just a D Mannose with Cranberry extract and no herbal component to it. I can only give it 3 stars since it removed two ingredients that it was advertising.

This is a good quality cranberry supplement with the added ingredient of D-Mannose which is a benefit for fighting bladder infections.The size of the pill is good and has no aftertaste.I think this works very well.
