these hydration sticks were delicious and easy to incorporate into workout routine or when feeling dehydrated. they offer the benefit of making sure you have thr needed Electrolytes after workout. unfortunately they were quite expensive. I would purchase again if they were somewhat cheaper

While I long for the small plastic tubs with a scoop for economical reasons, the individual packets use less plastic with added convenience for travel. I keep a few of these in my bag when traveling or pop in my water after sweaty workout. Great for recovery and replenishing electrolytes. I also pair them with Sunwarrior Ormus Supergreens to both make the greens taste better and also knock out 2 wellness birds with 1 liquid stone. The Strawberry Colada flavor is refreshing and not overly sweet.

I can't describe how perfect this is for all low carbs,/keto/carnivors lovers. I mean there could be more potassium but hey we can always add it. thank you Sunwarrior, but yeah, we all miss those bigger and cheaper cube packages that were available in the beginning of this product.
