I just love the flavor of those electrolyte, it’s so fine that it mix easy with water or any fluid you like to add them to. I been feeling the benefit from it since i started my running training outdoors it keep me hydrated, there is no after taste great quality.

This is one of my favorite hydration products when I’m active, especially outdoors or during long working hours when I need a little more than just water. The juicy pineapple flavor is refreshing and not overly sweet. It mixes well with cold water and doesn’t have that artificial aftertaste that some electrolyte powders do. The formulation includes coconut water powder and trace minerals, so it feels more natural compared to sugar-heavy sports drinks. I’ve found it particularly useful in Thailand’s hot climate—it helps me stay energized and hydrated without bloating. One thing to keep in mind: it’s best in cold water. It can taste slightly off in room-temperature or warm water. Also, some people might find the flavor a bit tart, but I personally find it invigorating.

I’m a big fan of Sunwarrior’s products! The composition is well thought out, the ingredients are of exceptional quality, and the benefits are undeniable. I took this product with me on a three-day hike in Arizona last May, and it proved invaluable. It has an exceptional taste, increases fluid intake, and helps maintain hydration and essential electrolytes—a crucial factor for endurance and recovery. The individual package is a convenient size, making it easy to carry and use. I also incorporated it into my workout routine, consuming it during training, and found that it helped me stay focused and alert for longer. Unfortunately, it is a bit expensive compared to competitors, which is why I’d rate it four stars instead of five. However, in terms of taste, it is the best by far! So, until I find an alternative that matches, I’m sticking with my favorite brand—Sunwarrior!
