This lemon peel works very well for my homemade Greek or lemon pepper seasonings. It really has a good flavor. It’s a great size bag because I don’t have to go to the store to buy more all the time.
I placed my order quickly and efficiently. I’m a loyal customer of this site and I’m now waiting for my package. However, it would be nice if iHerb also offered some product samples.
I already have organic orange peel and decided to buy lemon. I mix it with other herbs and grind them to use with vegetables, ecc.

This organic lemon zests are great to use for any recipe needing it: pastries and cakes, fermented food, fermented drinks and cocktails as well as main dishes to give a zesty, tangy flavor. Make sure to transfer the contents of the package to an airtight container to ensure the zests stay fresh.

so fresh! loved this organic lemon peel. Nice cut size - not to big and very minimal amount of pith on the peel. It got great lemon aroma will definitely buy this again!
the flavor is great, however, I expected the quality of the single ingredient to be better sifted - the seeds are a real problem when baking with this. the taste is great! and when I use it for infusions, it's wonderful - just really wish it was seed free. package size is good
Tried making my own but it didn’t come out so I ordered this and I am very happy with it. It doesn’t have as strong of an aroma as the orange does in its dried state, but you do taste and smell it once your hot water hits it.
