I`ve received my order, it was well packaged and airtight aluminium bags are good to keep goods fresh. Stinging nettle leafs are green and sifted, I love it. Stinging nettle roots are clean and looks great as well. So far I am satisfied. I will write another review after I use them a while. I know that Stinging Nettles are a miracle plant. I was happy to find this at Iherb. This batch is fresh with an expiration date in 2027. The same product available at Amazon had an expiration date of more than two years earlier! And it cost a couple of bucks more to boot. I use this as part of my prostate health regimen. I make tincture from it and I make tea as well.

good quality tea and good size. big package can last very long time. good to mix with green tea and some other flower tea. good for drinking before bed and feeling better. just saw a lot of good benefit for drinking this tea. the taste is amazing. no bitter taste or other funny after taste.
