White Willow is a good pain reliever. This is a powerful herb. I wish the packaging had a zip lock so that you can reseal it once you open it. The cut and sift form can be used as a tea if you don’t like taking the pill form. It can also be blended with other herbs to help benefit the entire body.
I wanted to try a more natural way to address some heavy pain I had from an arm injury. I added the Willow Bark to the couple of cups of tea I drink daily and I was able to take less ibuprofen and keep the swelling down and healing moving forward. The quality of this Willow Bark is super. It’s substantial and not powdery.
Good quality. I thought it would be more smaller sized pieces but it was fine enough to add to a bath soak and provide relief for joint pain.
I have been making my own pain relief tinctures with this product. I can feel the benefits shortly after using my tincture as aches and pains decrease. I take as frequently as I need and I am happy with the quality of this product.
i bought it for my moms pain. she has rehumatitus and i was hoping this could help her but i like it more. she said that it gives her stomach some pains so she doesn't drink it so often.
I bought this to brew into a tea to drink for pain relief, ie aches and pains or headaches. it seems to provide some relief when I use a tbsp per cup of tea. you get a large quantity of dried herb, will last a long time. smells fresh and potent, and looks of good quality

We use willow bark to make a drink decoction with ginger and turmeric. Helps with aches and pains. I enjoy the flavor as well. Not sure how to describe the flavor. Its not bitter and not earthy in a mushroom way. Its mild and while its a bark it doesnt pack too woody of a punch.
