This magnesium glycinate is one of my favorite supplements. It’s gentle on the stomach and doesn’t cause discomfort like some other forms of magnesium. I’ve noticed better sleep quality, reduced muscle tension, and improved relaxation since I started taking it. There are no negative effects from using this product. I think that 50 mg is too weak for me, and 2 softgels at once can be replaced with another product with 100 mg per softgel dosage at a more reasonable price. Therefore i’ll not by again this specific dosage, but will continue with 100 mg and 200 mg ubiquinol dosages per softgel.
