The packaging could be better, but since this product gives you good amount of profuct for reasonable price, it is all forgiven! I am buying this product for my mother and I feel that it has same benefits as more expensive products. My mother says it's taste is a bit sweeter than the other d-mannose products (that are now too expensive here for us to buy) but we feel that this is good quality product.

Recently resolved a UTI using this product and this protocol: 3 grams every 3 hours for 48 hours. Set your alarm so you take it through the night too. Works!

Great product for a good price. Previously, I only bought the most expensive D-Manose because I was told that cheaper options worked worse. But this is not true - this product works great and helps cope with the problem of the urinary system. I'm glad I tried this.

I had a first ever Urinary track infection and use the powder form to put in yogurt and smoothies to try and conquer this.. I also added Uva Ursi and raw cranberries to the regime as well as olive leaf extract as this is a natural anabiotic and I get the olive leaf extract and uva ursi right here on iherb. Hope this helps because UTIs are no fun! After about 10 days, the UTI was finally gone.

This beats cranberry by a mile. it’s cheap, doesn’t have a taste, and dissolves easily in water. all women should keep this around just in case, and if you’re prone to UTIs just take it every day. i also like that it doesn’t have added ingredients.
