Capsule size is regular, taste neutral, package should be long lasting, and so far I noticed I fall asleep easily when I take it at night before sleep, and generally that's the whole point.

Great price for the quantity and quality of the supplement. It does say to take it with 8-12 oz of water, and I do find that the gelatin capsule feels like it sticks in my throat if I don't drink it down with a few extra gulps of water. They have no bad flavor, and seem to do the job.
