Well I just received it today, and tried it. It's tasteless and doesn't have any coloring. I buy this for my after surgery care that hopefully my swelling will go away faster. So I can't tell if this is good or not since I've just tried it today, but I guess if this is 100% pure bromelain then I think it should work well. It comes with good size though, great value for money.
I like this and would recommend it. It's hard to tell but I think it helps with digesting protein. It doesn't taste bad at all, so I use it in a hot chocolate drink I make. I think value for money is good, it's a small container but the serving size is small so it will last for a quite a while. I much prefer powders and liquids to taking pills, so I really like this and will continue to buy and use it.
This pineapple bromelain powder is excellent and very potent. It has a surprisingly mild taste, which makes it easy to take. I feel much lighter when I take it with heavy meals containing a lot of meat or fish. On an empty stomach, it really helps with joint stiffness. I don't use it every day, only when I feel I need it, and the large packaging makes it very economical. A little goes a long way!
