It’s very good, this supplement benefits me by helping to sleep faster and better, The packaging very great, I have been using it for more than 3 months and it’s almost finished now and the packaging still great and the taste is good. I will order another flavor. Also after the blood test, my calcium and magnesium levels are better than before.

I use magnesium for better sleeping and to avoid cramps (40 y.o.). Though the packiging value is unbeatable, the artificial ingredients for the taste are superdominant. I would rather go for unscened next time. I like the combination wirh magnesium so i can spare the extra supplement. Please improve the taste :). Calcium has a great benefit for the bones and magnesium for better sleep. Here you have both in one package. Powder form is claimed to be the most efficient. Great value for the price!

DISAPPOINTED. Tried different ways but It just won't dissolve no matter hot or cold water, even with additional acid (Apple Cider vinegar). Without dissolving I don't see how this calcium and magnesium would be absorb and utilize by the body. And this indicates low quality of the magnesium.

It’s hard to describe how terrible this product is. It is so overwhelmingly sweet that it nauseates me.And then add to it the grittiness that accumulates in your mouth because the powder does not dissolve. It does not deserve one star.
