I like it. I add it to my morning hot chocolate every day and it has added a lovely rich taste that I truly enjoy. I'm not sure if it has any benefits in terms of immunity or longevity but I will absolutely buy it again because I like the taste.
This is my first time using a straight Lion’s Mane mushroom powder. I love Cordyceps and Reishi but have recently been researching the benefits of Lion’s Mane and wanted to give it a try. I was looking for an affordable brand that only uses fruiting body no mycelium or grain then I saw this Nutricost one. This is my second time using a Nutricost product and I find them to have high quality ingredients, value for the price, and no fillers.
I discovered Lion's mane some time ago when i drank Matcha already mixed with it, flavor wise its nothing impressive tastes like some mediocre coffee substitue but in terms of "superfood" energy it actually does what's its supposed to this mushroom helps me increase concentration and focus, it is a good balance to add to a Matcha latte with a bit of Choco poweder and cream.
I love the fact that the ingredients in this product is 100% “organic Lion’s Mane Mushroom” no fillers, no fluff! The quality is third-party tested USDA organic non-GMO I love that! It gives me 113 servings, in a 4 ounce size very convenient! It’s unflavored, so I don’t even taste it in my water. lions maine is good for nerve health and breain health which is why I got it for my husband to try. nutricost seem like a teustworthy economical and clean quality brand and were the best price for my buck. the ingredients seem to be pure. the size of the container is good too.
