I pour powder of 3 pills in hot water for 10' then rinse my mouth with this for 10 or 15', 2 or 3 times/day, night time after brushing teeth. The gum abscess which was there 2 days ago has gone the next morning. So happy to find the way to save my teeth. It's good for immune system too.
