I find it very hard to swallow, although the pills are not that big, but they’re wider than other supplements from the same brand. As for the effect, it’s hard to say, I never notice the difference with or without supplements, so it’s all very subjective. The quality of the pills is really good according to my research.

I findit hard to take pills and these are great options for people that also find it hard. The coating makes it easy to swallow and there is hardly a taste or aftertaste affect associated with it. I have noticed a slight difference in skin but i think so far these have been a great option for overall health for cardiovascular concerns.
