When I first opened the box and saw the packaging, I thought it will be very convenient. However, it’s very difficult to peel the seal evenly to get the pills out so it is getting quite annoying to struggle with that daily. Other than that, the yellow DHA soft gel gives me a bad heartburn. :(
My wife is very happy with the product quality. It contains the most important ingredients except for Calcium. She feels very healthy since she started taking the pills. She says thanks to this product, she didn't experience any extreme pregnancy symptoms. She even wishes to take it after the birth.
These vitamins are quite strong with high doses of certain vitamins. If your body is sensitive type then these might be too strong for you. But overall I do feel a difference in digestion and sleep with these so I do like them.
This is of good quality. And perhaps good size and ingredients helps baby grow healthy in the mums womb.
It is very good, very convenient - eating a strip a day i like that it comes with fish oil have yet to see results yet but wish me luck!
I did a research with Claude and it gave me the full picture of what vitamins I need during pregnancy and pp. These vitamins have almost all the necessary elements. It has a good quality, there’s almost no taste in it. convenient tablet size. I recommend it. In addition, I also add choline and magnesium.

Ok so I have mixed feelings about these pills The packaging is so well… but its so hard to pop the pills out The brown pill is so hard to swallow and dissolves before O can even get it down, I end up throwing it out because of the bad taste I popped one of the omega oil pills while trying to get it out of the packaging,,, had fish smell in my hands for the rest of the day It is a large quantity, it is not going to finish anytime soon,, and I dont think I would buy again
