I like that it covers all the essential vitamins and minerals ingredients including Coq10. Packaging is another story though. It takes forever to open it, and it's always a struggle. I do see benefits since using this product.
The product is nicely presented, I got it at a discounted price and it is excellent value as is supposed to be highly absorbed CoQ10 paired with very complete Prenatal vitamins. It is highly recommended by fertility specialist so I decided to give it a go. I can't comment on results yet as I have been taking it for only a couple weeks and you are supposed to use it for 3 months to get the best results.

I started taking this for fertility. The tablets are easy to take, the only thing is that the multivitamin one smells strongly of fish.

The packaging is horrible. First with the Ovasitol travelling packs. And this! it so hard to peel open!!!
