Unbalanced vitamin supply in over engineered package
Be careful chosing this vitamins while breastfeeding. Even though they're made for this purpose, they contain too much of vitamin D, basically a weekly dose in 1 day (white pill). My baby stopped sleeping during the day and acted overstimulated, it was D overdose. I ended up excluding the pill containing D at all, which makes usage of these questionable. Also what a brilliant mind came up with the packaging! It's impossible to open the individual pill cover, every day is a fight.

A lot for the money
You get a lot for the money here. The box is gigantic and I typically love Theralogix for their high quality ingredients, however I’m not happy with the actual packaging which makes it hard to get the pills out of the plastic packaging.

I wish I had known about it right after giving birth. It's excellent. It's made my skin look fresher, thank God. My hair loss has decreased and my nails have become very strong and don't break. I liked the idea of collecting vitamins, one for each day. The only drawback is the difficulty of opening the vitamins. I breastfeed and I read in the comments someone wrote that her child had hyperactivity, thank God I didn't notice this at all (I started taking it about two months ago).

Hard on the stomach

The formula looks very complete and the quality seems high, but unfortunately it didn’t work well for me. I experienced stomach discomfort while taking it, even when following the instructions.
It’s also quite expensive, which makes it hard to justify if you’re sensitive to supplements. Might work better for others, but I wouldn’t repurchase personally.
