I was looking for a cleansing balm as the first step in a 2-step cleanse and found it with this product. I have rosacea and this balm doesn’t irritate my skin at all. It’s unscented. Does a great job removing makeup. A little goes a long way so it’s a decent value. The package comes with a scoop to keep the product sanitary. The balm has great slip and is very pleasant to use. Will definitely purchase again.

Great quality cleansing balm - took my makeup off very well and has no scent which is great for sensitive skin. Not stripping and gentle, did not break me out either. Great price for a cleansing balm and much better quality than expensive and overly-scented balm I used in the past

The balm has no scent and a very pleasant texture, but it’s extremely difficult to rinse off. I have to use a sponge to remove it completely, and it leaves a film on the skin - something I really dislike. I won’t repurchase this product.
