The best multivitamin ever and it contains electrolytes too!! I have so much more energy, focus, it's methylated, vegan formula, non GMO, ect. I liked this multivitamin.. It really seemed to be good quality for the price and has a nice well-rounded amount of nutrients. I used an entire bottle but have not continued taking it, only because I ended up needing a multi with much higher amounts of B vitamins for a medical condition. But this is an excellent choice if you're looking for a clean and effective formula.
