does give me energy I have felt better since I've been using it The size is small jar but the quality and the ingredients are wonderful I do feel uplifted The benefits and dosage are also wonderful and the taste no got to put it with some water or juice
The only brand I tried where the quality is the greatest out there. Simple ingredients only shilajit. however, it’s very pricey when you compare the Size of it, taste is the usual thing you get with all the shilajit. My only suggestion would be if you think business, start sailing 30 grams and increase the price by 20$ usd then see the results.
