As someone with major longterm insomnia issues, it didn't do very much for me beyond the usual placebo effect. It didn't make me drowsy, but I did sleep ok the nights I took it. My partner took it a few times and slept well on it but he has no real issues falling asleep. The taste is really pleasant. I'd order it again just because it feels good to have 'something' but it's quite expensive for what it does.
