High quality ingredient, good dosage and effective. 180 pills package it is perfect for my supplement routine cycle, offers flexibility for pumping up intake if going through a more demanding time for my knee and it does work. Chondroitin works over time and builds up the benefits, but OptiFlex kicks in fairly soon compared to other supplements.

I drank more than half a can. my nails stopped peeling. There was no such effect after taking vitamins.

The best formulation of glucosamine chondroitin is usually DONA, however, it’s not available to order overseas, and this formulation is the second best, which is why I bought it to support joints. It is also one of the most researched supplements and works as an anti inflammatory.

First time taking chondroitin only formula. May feel better than glucosamine +msm.
