I didn’t notice a difference in my body. They also made me have gastrointestinal symptoms. I might have given it more time to see if I would see a difference, but the gastrointestinal symptoms weren’t worth it to me to continue. Theralogix is a great brand though and I’ve never had an issue with any of their other supplements, so it might have just been how my body was responding to Berberine specifically.

Don’t know if it’s effective. Lots of benefits in berberine and this brand seemed like a quality one.
