The smell is almost imperceptible and the taste is almost tasteless, so it goes well with all kinds of drinks and food. I use it in my Maasa coffee. It has a positive effect on my body and my metabolism is getting better as I am able to sweat more easily even with light exercise. This is a good benefit for me.　One disappointment is that after pouring, a little oil leaks from the spout. I have to wipe the bottle every time.

I have been using MCT oil for many years and really enjoy this product. It has no taste and needs to be mix well into smoothies and coffee, otherwise the oil will sit on the surface. Other brands have at times given me stomach discomfort but this product hasn’t. A teaspoon or 2 is all you need. I really like it for fasting.
