This product seems to help with my acid reflux. It's soothing to the esophagus. It doesn't have much of a taste, but you can add it to cooled off tea for some flavoring. It will last awhile, as you only use a small amount. I also like that the ingredients are natural, so you can use it a few times a day.
The Slippery Elm Supplement is of excellent quality, carefully formulated to support digestive health and overall wellness. Each ingredient is natural and chosen for its soothing properties, helping to ease stomach discomfort and promote gut balance. The package is convenient, making it simple to incorporate into a daily routine. A key benefit is the relief of occasional digestive irritation and improved nutrient absorption. The taste is mild and pleasant, making it easy to take consistently. Overall, this Slippery Elm Supplement offers effective support for digestive comfort and is a valuable addition to any health regimen.
The powder is fresh, finely ground, and easy to mix. When prepared with water it forms a smooth, slightly thick texture that is typical for slippery elm. Taste is mild and natural, without any unpleasant notes. I mainly use it for digestive comfort, and it feels very soothing. No impurities or strange smell. The packaging is well sealed and keeps the product dry. Overall, a clean and reliable product that does exactly what I expect.
I loved this one!!! really comforting effect, but I took way more each serving than the tiny scoop in the bag- in order for it to swell up and become thick. I took in heated water. I just stopped because Im low oxalate otherwise I would have loved continuing this. tasted like oatmeal. really warming. maybe start again the future. repairing effect in the gut.
This organic slippery elm bark powder is easy to mix and feels gentle on digestion. I add it to smoothies or water, and it helps keep things calm and balanced. A simple, good‑quality herbal powder to have on hand.

I have been using this to help my gut troubles. It's effective if I use it regularly. Also been giving the dog a little sprinkle on his food, and his digestion has improved significantly.
Buying the big package is more value-for-money. I added this to my cat's meal because she has digestive issues. So far so good
